Condiciones para Ofertas:
Ofertas y Aceptación: Todas las ofertas presentadas por SERMAX están sujetas a nuestra política de aceptación de ofertas. Al aceptar una oferta de SERMAX, el cliente acuerda los términos y condiciones establecidos en el contrato de aceptación de ofertas.
Responsabilidad: SERMAX actúa como asesor comercial y no asume responsabilidad por la fabricación, venta o garantía de la maquinaria ofrecida en las ofertas. Al aceptar una oferta, el cliente acepta que cualquier reclamación o responsabilidad relacionada con la maquinaria será responsabilidad exclusiva del fabricante autorizado.
Proceso de Compra: Una vez aceptada la oferta, el cliente recibirá la oferta definitiva del fabricante responsable asignado para la fabricación y puesta en marcha de la maquinaria adquirida. SERMAX facilitará la comunicación entre el cliente y el fabricante para garantizar una experiencia sin problemas.
Condiciones para Fabricantes Autorizados:
Permisos y Responsabilidades: SERMAX otorga permisos a los fabricantes autorizados por proyecto, para fabricar y comercializar la maquinaria bajo nuestra marca, de acuerdo con los términos establecidos en el contrato de fabricación y comercialización. Los fabricantes autorizados son responsables de cumplir con los estándares de calidad y regulaciones aplicables.
Propiedad Intelectual: Los fabricantes autorizados deben respetar los derechos de propiedad intelectual de SERMAX® sobre los diseños y marcas registradas. Cualquier modificación o mejora realizada en la maquinaria debe ser aprobada por SERMAX® y se convertirá en propiedad de SERMAX®.
Responsabilidad Legal: Los fabricantes autorizados son responsables de cualquier reclamación o litigio relacionado con la fabricación, venta o uso de la maquinaria bajo nuestra marca. En caso de incumplimiento, los fabricantes autorizados se exponen a reclamaciones por indemnización y terminación del contrato.

Conditions for Offers:
Offers and Acceptance: All offers presented by SERMAX are subject to our offer acceptance policy. By accepting an offer from SERMAX, the client agrees to the terms and conditions established in the offer acceptance contract.
Responsibility: SERMAX acts as a commercial advisor and does not assume responsibility for the manufacture, sale or warranty of the machinery offered in the offers. By accepting an offer, the customer agrees that any claim or liability relating to the machinery will be the sole responsibility of the authorized manufacturer.
Purchase Process: Once the offer is accepted, the client will receive the final offer from the responsible manufacturer assigned to manufacture and commission the purchased machinery. SERMAX will facilitate communication between customer and manufacturer to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Conditions for Authorized Manufacturers:
Permits and Responsibilities: SERMAX grants permits to authorized manufacturers by project, to manufacture and market machinery under our brand, in accordance with the terms established in the manufacturing and marketing contract. Authorized manufacturers are responsible for complying with applicable quality standards and regulations.
Intellectual Property: Authorized manufacturers must respect SERMAX® intellectual property rights on designs and registered trademarks. Any modification or improvement made to the machinery must be approved by SERMAX® and will become the property of SERMAX®.
Legal Responsibility: Authorized manufacturers are responsible for any claim or litigation related to the manufacture, sale or use of machinery under our brand. In the event of non-compliance, authorized manufacturers are exposed to claims for compensation and termination of contract.
